Dr. Chris Rathburn is board certified in Internal Medicine. Our office offers physicals as well as treatment for most illnesses, including Hypertension and Diabetes. Dr. Rathburn has privileges at Memorial Hospital of Jacksonville, Brooks Rehabilitation as well as Specialty Hospital of Jacksonville. We also see patients at Life Care of Jacksonville. Our Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs), Jana Robinson and Kimberly Roberts, also see patients in our office as well as the hospital.
